1. Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns in case the product has a defect, within 14 days.
2. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchange services. Kindly refer to the size chart or get in touch with our team to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Can we custom make a piece?
Yes, we are a bespoke label, we thrive on custom making all our styles according to your size and fabric preference.

4. Can we custom make a particular style in the same weave?
Because we’re all about the one of ones, we will not make the same style in the same fabric to ensure all our clients have a unique story to tell.
We are a bespoke label i.e. we only make one of each.
5. Can we recreate a particular style in a different weave?
Yes, absolutely! We love to experiment with different weaves and styles as per our costumes likings.

6. Do you make Indian ethnic wear?
Yes, we custom make all kinds of ethnic wear on an order basis. (Here) you'll find our ethnic wear ranging from bridal to everyday indian.
7. Can I order something from your older collections?
Yes, since everything we make is made-to-order we might be able to help you with what you want right here

8. How to take care of the garments?
Since most of our pieces are hand-dyed using natural colours, we would highly recommend dry clean for the first time. Thereafter, you can hand-wash separately, in cold water only.
